Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time — see individual product listings for details.

 
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.95 flat rate

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95 flat rate

  • Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75

Shipping time begins once the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.

Delays & Service Interruptions

Although we aim for fast delivery, please understand that delays may occur due to:

  • High-volume periods (e.g., holidays)

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping info

We are not liable for delays once the order leaves our hands, but we’ll gladly help troubleshoot any issues.

 
Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Allow 24–48 hours for your tracking number to become active.

 
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If your package is missing, contact the carrier first, or email us and we’ll assist you the best we can.

 
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the delivery estimate.
We’ll work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue promptly.
